By engaging with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
We offer bookkeeping, payroll processing, financial reporting, and related accounting services tailored to the needs of businesses across all industries.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely financial data, including bank statements, invoices, payroll information, and any other relevant documents required to perform our services.
3. Fees and Payment
Our fees are based on the selected package and your business size.
All services are billed in full upfront, and work will commence once payment has been received and confirmed.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality.
Your financial data is protected using secure systems and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy and compliance, we are not responsible for errors arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by clients.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding one month.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable.
We will provide final deliverables and assist with transition to new providers.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by local laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate local courts.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes prior to implementation.
